Saturday – has been hard to fill the entire 11-6pm two shifts and things are slowing down so Bruce purposes a reduction of hours to 12-4,

Shannon key? Momoko proposes this, she’s been here two months

Computer – Steve didn’t get a hold of Rio to see about sharing internet.
Next question is how much would they like us to pay.
Bruce looked up getting our own. It seems to be $20-30 for 6 months, and then it goes up.
Action item, bruce will send personaltelco.net an email to see what their rates are, red and black and other coffee shops use this, they aren’t supper fast and powerful but maybe we don’t need that.
Eric – is working on getting us a computer – will work with thimble, and send some kind of report by next week.
Skill share, they just need to get on track,
Head set/bottom bracket – thimble wanted to work on this with adam,
Thimble needs the curriculum.
Jeremy and Russ might be able to help
Crank selection overhaul of peddles, is also something that thimble wants to work on this. Thimble will do this, this Thursday, but in the future he suggests having them done on alternating weeks from meetings
Lease – we voted to re visit the lease in April cause it would make more sense to sign a one year lease in the spring.
Momoko is leaving on November 28th we propose to have a hand off meeting where what needs to get covered is discussed and handed off.
We can also talk about a board of directors, since we have a very absent board.
November the 11th– potluck at Momoko’s house. Handing off and board of director nominations.

We should make a list of projects to work on this winter.
