Updates -
- Frank has a laptop for us; will be picked up by Jesse Bruce on Sunday.
- JB’s clock-in/clock-out software. Will be a web app, looks like JB will have to build it from scratch. He could use some help from anyone who knows how to do web development. (Ashley and Adam volunteered Jesse Doud; a new year-member also offered his expertise on such matters. Contact info given to JB.)
- Adding staff info to the google calendar? Issues with google prevent folks from updating the calendar themselves, JB wants to avoid adding different apps/software/sign-ins to our portfolio. Updates to the google group calendar were supposed to be done by Steve (our volunteer coordinator). Frank will take over this responsibility. JB will get him the log in info to access it.
- Bike intake summary sheet: amanda and paul are working on this. Amanda got it to work in OpenOffice, and it’s “unbreakable” (the Spreadsheet of Steel). There’s some bikes on it, but some bikes don’t have intake sheets and some sheets don’t have bikes. Amanda’s working on updating all this paperwork, and is in contact with Shannon about doing intake in the future.
- suggested that we have a donation evaluation workshop. (Adam will work on this; next week or the week after)
WiFi Situation -
Variant would like some money for internet; no one from the collective showed up to let us know how much they needed.
It’s generally accepted that we’ll pay half of whatever they owe (minus any late fees and stuff). Jeremy will tell the girl who talked with him to contact JB about paying our portion of the bill. Amanda says to make sure we get documentation.
